Michael Gordon
President & CEO
Michael learned at an early age that he possessed a gift of impacting lives through coaching and mentoring, and has devoted years to helping inner-city, disadvantaged youth have access to needed resources through positive role models.

Joli Anderson
Joli began the Baylor School Community Service Program in 1996 and served as Director of the program until 2018. Upon its development, the program became a model for other community service programs across the country.
Sharonda Brown
Sharonda is an Executive Health Care Leader with over 16 years of nursing experience serving in Emergency and Trauma Centers of large urban under-resourced communities in areas such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, DC, and Atlanta.
Kevin Conley
Kevin has over 17 years of experience in the banking industry currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor at CapitalMark Bank and Trust, a division of Pinnacle Bank.
Dr. Luke Queen
Luke currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Executive Compliance and CSO at Evergreen Life Services, and was previously the CEO of Life Bridges Inc. from 2006-2015.
Troy Rogers
Troy currently serves as the Public Safety Coordinator for the City of Chattanooga under Mayor Andy Berke's Administration.
Lorri Cross
Lorri is a senior accountant with several years of experience in financial accounting, which includes month-end close, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, payroll, intercompany transactions, and financial analysis. She enjoys traveling and creating new memories with friends and family. Also, she enjoys cooking and trying new recipes.
Doug Stein
Doug was born and raised in Chattanooga and founded the Black Creek Club in 2000. He is also the President of Stein Wood Products and VP of EarthScapes.
Lou Ziebold
After 30 years in leadership roles serving the carpet industry, Lou fulfilled a life-long dream of business ownership with the purchase of Southeastern Tool & Design. With the recent sale of the company and retirement, Lou looks forward to giving back to our community as well as quality family time.
